Considering that Yoga is dedicated to the worship of a false "god" (Shiva of Hinduism), supposedly spiritual teachings handed down from this false "god" to 7 "sages" ...and so the story goes that Shiva created Yoga and the sages were told to spread it to the world. So, the typical naive American participating in Yoga (and the most toxic element of Yoga is getting involved in Yoga meditation)...these Americans (which are primarily a very specific demographic...and let's be open and honest, Yoga attracts middle, and upper middle class, white women...who are usually thin and flexible before they ever start Yoga (so the instructors use the stretching element as a recruiting focus)...
